At New Republic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original shoebox or packaging and secure them inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
